Check out this video of Mistabishi’s “Printer Jam.” I mostly dig it for the song itself, but the CGI in the video looks pretty intensive too.

Faultline crosses several genre lines, mixing breakbeat electronic with the raw emotion found in more traditional pop music. It doesn’t hurt to have Chris Martin, Michael Stipe, and Wayne Coyne (Flaming Lips) contributing either.

Pearl Jam just released the deluxe reissue of their debut album, TEN a little less than a week ago. As part of the hype for the new album, MTV2 rounded up a bunch of more current artists to cover their favorite Pearl Jam tracks and hip-hopper POS tops the covers.

Found this over at CDM, and thought it was pretty interesting that we’ve come to a place of such immediate media turnaround.

Here’s a pretty cool mashup of the Top 25 pop songs of 2008, based on ratings from Billboard. They might be missing a few, and Katie Perry gets a bit modal, but it’s a really great job. I can’t imagine how tedious this was.
