Wax Pick: Passion Pit – Manners

This pick is LONG overdue. I keep all these random little things I want to post in open FireFox tabs. I’ve probably got 60 tabs open right now, and this one’s been staring me in the face for the better part of 6 months (and I wonder why my computer lags sometimes…). That said, today, I will close said tab.

Passion pit is a great, and somewhat quirky, electronic group from the east coast. The project actually started when singer Michael Angelakos decided to write a few songs to give his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day.

Their first EP got a lot of play in the UK and in commercials after garnering a small following at Emerson College, where Michael was studying.

Doesn’t that seem like it just came too easy?
